We embed these values as valued behaviours within our behaviour curriculum, ensuring pupils understand and demonstrate them consistently. Through our in-class assemblies, we actively promote these values by teaching pupils about protected characteristics, explaining why respect for diversity is essential to fostering a community where everyone at Parkside, our extended community, and the wider world feels included and valued.
