Year 5 Home Learning 28.04.2020

Well done those of you who are completing the set activities that we assigned last week.  Remember to log in to Education City, Purple Mash and Times Tables Rock Stars to complete your set activities, you will find different activities assigned to you every day that are due at the end of that same day or week. Unfortunately, Mathletics is no longer available. Please check when each task is due and do not forget to SAVE the task once that you have completed it so we can check it.

We would like you to complete lesson 2 for Summer Term Week 2 – subtracting decimals with the same number of decimal places . Watch the clip about this learning then answer the questions in the activity section.

The answers are also available so you can check your work once you have completed it – no peeking before you have completed the questions!

We are going to continue with our topic focused on Mountains. We would like to research the mountain range of The Alps and create a fact file using the information you find. There are some websites on this document as a starting point and a template for you to use, if you wish.
