Good morning Year 5.
Well done those of you who are completing the set activities that we assign to you each day!
Remember to log in to Mathletics, Purple Mash and Times Tables Rock Stars to complete your set activities, you will find different activities assigned to you every day that are due at the end of that same day or week.
Here are some activities for you to complete at home today:
Spellings:
Group1:

Group 2 and 3:
possible, grammar, opposite, through, ordinary, particular, possession, separate, special, remember, different, believe.
Write the spelling pyramid for each word (This is a good way to practise your handwriting)

You are going to be learning about decimals, fractions and percentages this week. White Rose Maths has put together a great home learning pack on this which can be accessed through this link:

We would like you to complete lesson 2 only – Decimals up to 2dp. Watch the clip about decimals then answer the questions in the activity section.
The answers are also available so you can check your work once you have completed it – no peeking before you have completed the questions!
Art:
We have been learning about Pablo Picasso. Choose another artist and compare their style.
PE:
