Reading:

You are going to continue reading the book called ‘The Great Marvello’.

Today we would like you to read Chapter 6 and complete the online quiz.  This has been set as a 2Do on Purple Mash for you.

 

English:

Task 1: Can you complete these 3 tasks focused on grammar and punctuation?

Task 2: At the end of Chapter 6, we are left wondering what Cassie will say to the audience. Write the next part of the story. This has been set for you as a 2Do on Purple Mash today. Make sure you at each label on the ‘think about’ box to help you with ideas for your story.

 

Something fun!

We are going to set you another project for the week, focused around the theme of ‘jungle’.

 

Have a go at creating a collage of the jungle. This can be on a piece of paper or 3D! You can paint, draw, use coloured paper; the possibilities are endless!

Here are some ideas:

Think about the animals that could be in the collage (link this to your research from last week), the type of plants, trees and flowers that you would find in the jungle.

 

Keep in touch – remember any work you have completed can be emailed to us to be marked. This can be typed work or a photo.
