Maths:
Task1: Can you multiply fractions by a whole number and find the correct matching card? This is a 2Do task on Purple Mash for you today.
Task 2: You are going to continue to learn about fractions this week. Today you are going to focus on multiplying mixed numbers by whole numbers (integers)

We would like you to answer the following questions about Chapter 3 of the book, The Great Marvello.

English:
Task 1: Can you decide if the verb is real or not?
Task 2: Imagine that you have just watched a live magic show. Write a review about it describing the best and the worst parts of the show. Remember to click on each item in the ‘Think about’ to give you lots of ideas and tips for writing your review. This is a 2Do task on Purple Mash for you today.

We would like you to continue working on the project for the week, focused around the theme of ‘jungle’.
- Choose an animal a day, do some research about it and choose a way to present it (a fact file, poster, information text, leaflet etc)
- Aim to include an image of your animal, and include a caption in each piece of work.
- Animals to research:
- Macaw
- Anaconda
- Spider Monkey
- Jaguar
- Leaf cutter Ant
- Capybara
- Tarantula
Research questions:
- What kind of animal is it?
- Describe its appearance
- Where does it live?
- What does it eat? How does it catch/get its food?
- Include an interesting fact or 2!
