Task 1: How many questions can you do today? Start with the Bronze, move to Silver and then complete Gold, if you’re feeling like a challenge. Send us your answers and we’ll let you know how many you got correct!
Task 2: You are going to continue to learn about fractions this week. Today you are going to focus multiplying unit and non-unit fractions by whole numbers (integers)

Reading:
You are going to continue reading the book called ‘The Great Marvello’.
Today we would like you to read Chapter 3 and complete the online quiz. This has been set as a 2Do on Purple Mash for you.
English:

Keeping Active:
Make sure you take regular work breaks! There is the body Coach – P.E. with Joe at 9 a.m.
Something fun!
We are going to set you a project for the week, focused around the theme of ‘jungle’.
- Choose an animal a day, do some research about it and choose a way to present it (a fact file, poster, information text, leaflet etc)
- Aim to include an image of your animal, and include a caption in each piece of work.
- Animals to research:
- Macaw
- Anaconda
- Spider Monkey
- Jaguar
- Leaf cutter Ant
- Capybara
- Tarantula
Research questions:
- What kind of animal is it?
- Describe its appearance
- Where does it live?
- What does it eat? How does it catch/get its food?
- Include an interesting fact or 2!
