www.educationcity.com – We follow the Read Write Inc programme where supporting activities can be found under the F2 section.
www.oxfordowl.com – You can sign up to ‘Oxford Owl for home’ for free. There are supporting activities for our Read Write Inc. phonics and reading books for children. There is a very good section for parents that has videos to explain how to support your child’s phonic learning and how to use their resources effectively.
www.phonicsplay.co.uk – Lots of fun interactive games that support phonics learning and retention of sounds already taught.
www.twinkl.co.uk – Parents can sign up for free (use code PARENTSTWINKLHELPS). There is an amazing amount of content on here. If you search for Year 1 phonics you will be able to access powerpoints and printable activities to support learning. There are also many online home learning packs that have recently been made available. Try to also have a look at TwinklGo.
www.educationcity.com – We have introduced most of the mathematical concepts for the Year 1 curriculum so the majority of the games and activities found under the Year 1 tab will be accessible to most children.
www.mathletics.com – The children use this online resource regularly, they will have some activities assigned to them to do and free choice of many more to explore
www.topmarks.co.uk – Free to access maths games and activities
www.purplemash.com – We have set activities under the 2DO tab. These cover a wide range of the curriculum but feel free to explore further.
www.twinkl.co.uk – There are many subjects and units available under the Year 1 tab. Have a look and see.
