WEAR YOUR OWN CLOTHES TO SCHOOL DAY

Dear Parents/Carers,
In support of the newly reformed Friends of Parkside and the Dogs’ Trust Charity, children may wear their own clothes to school on Wednesday 24th October in exchange for £1.
Representatives from the Dogs’ Trust Charity will visit school tomorrow to work with the children in Year 6. The purpose of the visit is to develop children’s confidence using trained dogs and for them to explore the positive side of relationships through their interaction with the animals.
The Friends of Parkside will also be supported through this venture and the money that we raise will be used to purchase books for the new library which we hope to have full operational after half term.
