Parkside vs Shenley

After a tough opening game against Meryfield in the league, having a game a few days later was just what the Parkside boys needed. Although they did not come out with the victory, the 4-0 scoreline did flatter Shenley as we had lots of good chances but unfortunately we just couldn’t get past their keeper.

Myself and Mr Honour were very proud of the boys, they showed great perseverance and battled hard in wet conditions right to the final whistle. I would also like to thank those parents/carers who came to support, it is always nice to hear lots of positive encouragement from the sidelines as it really does motivate our boys.

We look forward to the next fixtures after half term.
