This app adds a keyboard that reacts to what your child is typing. For example, if they write something unpleasant, it will ask if they really want to say that to someone. The app acts as check in system, gives suggestions and other helpful features
This is a great app for yoga, but it offers HIIT, strength and pilates features. You can tailor if to suit you and what you are working on as well as the time you want it to last for. It also includes music.
