Dear Parents / Carers,
After consulting with parents and carers last term I am pleased to confirm some exciting changes for Parkside Community School Nursery.
• Provision will move to 30 hours from September 2019. Applications for the academic year 2019 -20 are now open and packs can be collected from the school office.
• Children can now be accepted in the term after they turn 3 years old. If you have a child who is eligible under this point please speak to a member of the school office team.
• A newly refurbished and highly attractive outdoor area.
• Tours of the Nursery are scheduled to take place on the following dates: Tuesday 12th February at 9:20am and Wednesday 13th at 9.30am.
A member of the BECC (Borehamwood and Elstree Children’s Centre) will be available to help with the application process for 30 hours funding. Please book a space through the school office.
30 hours provision for children who are currently in Nursery class is now available for those parents/carers who wish to take this up for their child. Spaces are limited and will be offered on a first come first served basis. Please speak to a member of the school office for further details. If you are unsure of how to complete the application process for 30 hours funding, please make sure that you to join one of the tours scheduled in February and March.
We look forward to welcoming your applications as the school continues on its journey in pursuit of high quality learning in an inclusive environment.
Yours sincerely
