Good Morning Year 2,
English
Think back to our story about Supertato. Draw some of the different vegetables and give them speech bubbles. What will they say? Can you use a variety of punctuation? What about an exclamation sentence? Include conjunctions to make your sentences even better.
You can do this on paper or in Purple Mash in 2CreateaStory.
If you don’t have paper at home, you can use your homework book.
Spelling
This weeks words
clothes, nicest, braver, hardest, larger, tidier, happiest, funnier, silliest, cold
Maths

Watch the video for day 3 and if you can, print out the worksheet and answer the questions. We have assigned an activity on Education City that links to this. You can also do this work using objects at home and seeing how many groups you can make.
If you cannot go online keep working on your maths pack.
Reading
Complete the missing words activity about Anna and the Leaf on Purple Mash.
Keep reading your reading books or try some of the e-book on here https://collins.co.uk/pages/big-cat-ebooks
Art
Keep working on your Kandinsky piece from yesterday. If you have finished it make sure a photo is emailed to your teacher and we will try to put them up on the website at the end of the week.
