Writing:
LO: To use commands and rhetorical questions to persuade
In this lesson, children will explore commands and then rhetorical questions. They will look at some examples of commands and rhetorical questions from ‘The Day the Crayons Quit’ and see a modelled write. They will practise writing commands and rhetorical questions from the perspective of one of the crayons. For their task, children will write one command and one rhetorical question from the perspective of their devised character.
