Headteacher’s Newsletter – Friday 17th September – Autumn 3
It was lovely to see so many of you at Monday morning’s meet the teacher meetings. I trust that you found the meetings useful; for those of you who were unable to make the meetings the slides from the presentations will be uploaded on to your child’s class webpages over the weekend. Please make sure that you read them so that you are fully informed about the expectations for the year. The annual general meeting of the Parents and Friends Association of Parkside took place on Thursday afternoon after school. Once again it was wonderful to see a small but hardy group of parents and carers attend the meeting. It was also very heartening to welcome many new parents to the association. Further details about the meeting will be sent out next week. Please continue to make every effort to send your child to school on time and to attend every day.
The word of the week is – ARSLE – to shuffle inevitable backwards.
