Our annual sports day event took place on Thursday Morning. Incredible effort from all the children on this sunny morning.

Thank you to all the staff for running stations and guiding the children round.

Congratulations to the winners of 2024 BLUE TEAM!

At this morning’s Achievement Assembly, we were joined by Ally Bennett from Usborne Books who set the children the challenge of a sponsored read.

 

It takes place between Monday 17^th June through to Sunday 23^rd June. Everyone in the school has been encouraged to read as many books as they can in this time and to raise as much sponsor money as possible.

If, as a school, we raise If you raise between £120- £249.99 the school will receive 10 percent of free books on top

If we all raise between £250 – £599 the school get 30 percent of free books

And

If you all raise over £600 you get 60 percent of free books so that would be another £360 of books!

So if you all raise £1000 together the school will receive another £600 of free books!!!!!!

So let’s get reading and good luck everyone!!

Congratulations to Lucas, Ela, Madgiel, RIver, Ahmed, Mark, Sofia, Jack and Donia who all gained their wings this week, keep flying high.

 

Well done to the year 6 children who made it to the cricket finals on Thursday.

An amazing morning at Watford boys where the children come 3rd overall. Mr Wanless and Miss Bowers are very proud of this achievement and the children never gave up. Fantastic effort.
